Our Shipping Policy

Colette Mars is committed to delivering the product in perfect condition at the address indicated by the customer. 

Due to the artisanal nature of the manufacturing processes of certain products, small differences may be encountered in their design, which in no way alters their aesthetics and value.

To optimize delivery, please indicate an address where the order can be delivered within normal business hours.

We deliver all over the world.

We ship worldwide via secured and express couriers (FedEx/DHL/UPS).

Orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday – Friday – 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM). For security reasons, we will not send any order to post office boxes or military bases, nor will it accept any order when it is impossible to identify the order’s recipient of the order and its address.


We offer free Courier’s standard insurance. We can offer specific Insurance for higher value parcels, optional with additional fees on your request.


Production Orders: We will try to keep a production lead time of 5 weeks from the moment the deposit is received.
Shipping times may vary according to the customer’s delivery location. 


We are not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, we are not responsible for delays related to the courier itself (such as customs clearance). Unfortunately, we do not have control over these delays. Transit time does not include Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays


If at the time of delivery, the customer is not at the delivery address or if it is not possible to deliver the package to any person in charge, the product must be returned, and extra charges may apply for shipping costs. 


We will not take charge or make returns for lost or undelivered packages. For wrong shipping addresses, please be sure to provide correct and accurate shipping addresses at the time of purchase.


We recommend that customers provide a secure delivery address, such as your business or residential address. We not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.


Please note that any extra costs related to import/customs tax are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check your country’s policy on importing goods, as we cannot provide this for you.


Each delivery is considered made from the moment in which we make the product available to the buyer, which is materialized through the tracking system used by the courier company.
